  • A new group is trying to get an initiative on the ballot to ban the sale of smartphones to children under the age of 13. Are children buying them themselves, or do their parents buy the phones for them? How would this be enforced? Although, it’s endlessly annoying to see small children disengaging for human interaction and camped out on smartphones, is this the proper use of government force?
