Home/The Flare/Decriminalizing pooping in public, gross
  • School districts are subsidizing the activities of teachers unions to the tune of millions of dollars in Colorado. How many books/computers/school supplies/increase in teacher pay could have been purchased with that money?
  • The justification from the Denver City Council for decriminalizing pooping in public (amongst many other offenses)? It’s “for the immigrants.” If I was an immigrant – legal or otherwise – I’d be deeply offended by that logic.
  • The fields for Dem primaries continue to grow. The primary in the second congressional district (being vacated by Jared Polis) could turn into a contest of who irrationally hates guns the most. (Totally unrelated, Ken Toltz’ picture makes him look like a Howie Mandel impersonator in the photo in that piece.) Yet another Democrat not named Joe Salazar has entered the race for Attorney General.
