• Remember the crazy fractivist who made threatening suggestions against oil and gas workers in a letter published by the Boulder Daily Camera? Now he’s suing Michael Sandoval and Western Wire for defamation and slander.
• The lefty protesters with Resist are planning on protesting Betsy DeVos again today (they protested her once already but almost no one was there) while she’s in Denver.
• Congressman Tipton’s Water Rights Protection Act was part of legislation passed in the U.S. House, hopefully this time it will become law.
