• If I DID run for office, though, would it be cool for me to be an elected official AND keep this job? Nope. That would be unseemly at best. But apparently, it’s fine to do if you’re a Democrat.
• Fundraising numbers are going to start to roll in over the next few days. Lt. Gov. Donna Lynne did well enough in her first quarter to stay competitive.
• Sorry to nerd out on pensions, but here’s a primer on PERA. Just remember that if PERA fails, the taxpayers are on the line for all of its many, many promises.
