The new legislative session hasn’t even started yet and TABOR is already under attack:

• Several people reported to us they were sent a mass text that read “You voted, now learn how Colorado can modernize our upside-down and outdated tax system. Visit https://www.stopdiggingcolorado.com/fair-taxes to learn more! (It’s a link to the Bell Policy Center and Colorado Fiscal Institue initiative). So, that’s not good news.
• Jared Polis announced his transition team, unlike Governor Hickenlooper who made his bipartisan, Polis declined the opportunity to try to heal both sides.
• Apparently, the oil and gas industry’s big win defeating 112 wasn’t enough for Polis?
